The channel, we’ll discuss today is called My Amazing World. It was started back September, 2024 and has posted only 141 videos till now, out of which all are YouTube Shorts. It mainly creates videos about animal facts and sometimes uses a voiceover to explain viral videos. According to the stats from Social Blade, this channel gets nearly 9 Million views and makes somewhere between $2,100 – $33,700 every month. In total, this channel has gained over 177K subscribers and nearly 92 Million views in it’s lifetime.

Here’s How You Can Copy This Channel’s Success!

Create Your Channel

The very first step to copy this channel’s success is to create a channel to post your content. I believe you know, how to create a YouTube channel (if you don’t know how to create a YouTube channel, then check this tutorial). You can use ChatGPT to come up with name ideas for your channel. You can use a simple prompt like, “Can you suggest me 25 unique YouTube channel name ideas for a channel that creates YouTube Shorts about animal facts, animal how-to’s and trending animal videos.” After this, ChatGPT will come up with 20 different name ideas for you. Choose the one you like and create your channel.

You can use pre-made logo and banner templates to create a logo and banner for your channel or you can use free AI logo generators like Looks to create your logo.

Creating Content

At this point, you’ve already setup your channel. Now, all you need is content to post on it. This channel creates animal facts videos. So, I’ll breakdown the entire process to create such videos.

1. Finding Content Idea & Generating Script

To find content ideas, there are two different ways. The first one is to follow some channels like this one and re-creating their viral videos and the second one is to use ChatGPT to come up with video ideas.

For now, I’ll tell you how to do it with ChatGPT. Go to ChatGPT and type a prompt like, “I have a YouTube channel where I create YouTube Shorts about animal facts. So, can you suggest me 25 unique videos ideas about animal facts that I can create content about.” (Remember, this is an example prompt and you can be much better than be at prompt engineering so, you can always create your own prompt to get better output.) After typing this prompt, ChatGPT will come up with 25 different video ideas for you! From there, pick the one that you feel is quite unique and less-known on YouTube.

After you pick your video topic now, it’s time to create a script for it. You can type a prompt like, “Can you generate a YouTube Shorts video script for ‘YOUR TOPIC’ with a catchy intro, funny jokes in between, call-to action at the end, and is engaging for users to listen to.” After this, ChatGPT will come up with a video script for you! You can change the script here and there to make it even more better and increase your chances of going viral.

2. Creating The Voice Over

Now, you need a human-like voice over for your content. To do that, you can use a free text-to-speech tool like ElevenLabs. With the free plan, you can convert 10,000 words into speech every month. There’s a hack to remove this limit which I’ll tell you at the end.

To create voiceover, first you need to create a free account on ElevenLabs. After signing up, you’ll get an interface like shown in the screenshot below.

From there, click on the ‘Text to Speech’ option. After that, you’ll land up on this interface.

Type your script in the screen and choose the character you want for your voiceover. You can decide, if you want a male or female, an old man or a young guy and more. Then, there are some basic settings you can play with to make your audio sound even better. These settings differ for every voice so, I can’t suggest you anything about it. It’s totally upon you to test these out! After doing all these, click on ‘Generate’ to create your voiceover.

3. Collecting Clips & Editing Videos

This channel uses some short animal clips in it’s videos. You can find such videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and on YouTube as well. Just by searching ‘animal videos’, you won’t always find good clips so, here’s what you can do to overcome this problem.

Create a new account on all these platforms or anyone you like. Then, start searching and watching only and only animal videos. This way, you’ll only get animal videos in your feed and it won’t be a problem to find good clips to include in your video.

And btw, don’t worry about copyrights. As long as you’re using the video clips for less than 2-3 seconds at a time, you won’t have any problems (99.9% of the time). So, if you have a 10 seconds video, try to use atleast 3-5 different video clips in it.

To put your video together, you can use a simple video editing tool like CapCut. Go to CapCut and add your voiceover. Then, add all your clips. Don’t use a video clip longer than 3 seconds at a time, otherwise your video won’t have much changes in the screen and audience will click off. After you’ve done this, add captions to your video. You can use CapCut’s auto caption feature to create caption in just a few seconds. Sometimes, the caption may be inaccurate so, make sure to check that out!

At the end, you can add some transitions, special effects, sound effects and a background music to make your video more engaging. Make sure that the volume of your background music is lower than your voiceover. Now, all you need to do is, click on the ‘Export’ option to download your finished video.

4. Post Your Video

At this point, you’ve created your channel, your video is ready so, it’s time to post your video. Make sure to add a catchy title while posting your video. You can again use ChatGPT to come up with a catchy title for your video.

As, a YouTuber myself, I can say keywords don’t matter anymore but make sure to add some relevant hastags in your video’s description.

5. Be Consistent

YouTube is not a platform where you post your content today and it gets to millions of views overnight (even though that can happen, that’s quite rare). To grow your channel and get good amount of views on your channel, you need to post content consistently. Consistently doesn’t even, you have to post every single day, it can be once a week, once every 2 days or so.

In case of YouTube Shorts, I’d highly recommend you to post on a daily basis. That’s what most Shorts channel do!

After doing that, your job is over and now it’s upon the audience to do their job.

Wrapping it up

So, that’s all about it! This is how, you can copy a YouTube Shorts channel making thousands of dollars every month. In every step, you can use different AI tools to make your content creation process easier and to get better output.
