You’ll be shocked when I say you that, there’s a channel that has posted only and only 11 videos, but gained over 220 Million views and over 680K subscribers. And that’s not even the craziest part. The craziest part is, all the videos posted on that channel are AI-generated and those 11 videos have made over $15,000 in ad revenue alone. How crazy is that?
In this post, I’ll guide you through the entire step of creating such videos, from finding content ideas to creating content and posting them. You don’t need to show your face, nor voice, so you can create these videos and make money even if you’re an introvert.
So, without any further delay, let’s get into our topic!
About The Channel

The channel I’m talking about is called Versus Zoo. This channel creates simple animal fight videos with AI-generated images. Till now, it has uploaded only 11 Short videos and gained over 220 Million Views and over 680K Subscribers. I don’t exactly know how much money this channel has made, but according to my estimate it should be somewhere around $12,000-$15,000. This amount may sound small for some people, but don’t forget that it is made from just from 11 Short videos. And you can create a similar Short video in just an hour or two.
Check out this Step-by-Step Guide if You Want to Start a Successful YouTube Channel in 2025.
Step 1: Pick a Profitable Niche
We have already found a niche that we’ll be working on. It will be animal fight niche. They won’t be real fights, just AI-generated images showing what would happen if a lion battled an elephant, or a tiger went up against a bear. That’s it! It’s really easy and feels so childish, but believe me people watch these videos a lot!
On each of these videos, we’ll show two animals fighting, and whoever wins moves on to face another animal. If you don’t understand what I’m saying, then just visit the channel and watch one of the videos posted on it.
Step 2: Creating the Fights Using ChatGPT
Now, you know what we’re going to do. It’s time to start creating content. And first, we need video ideas and to create ideas, we’ll use ChatGPT. Here’s how:
Go to ChatGPT and ask it to Create 5 animal fights and pick a winner for each. Don’t ask it to create the script, we only need fight ideas with the winner.
Here’s a Simple Prompt You Can Use:
“I’m about to create a YouTube short about powerful animals fighting each other. The structure of the video is that first two powerful animals are against each other and one of them win. Then the winner of that fight is put up against another animal. An example would be that a lion fight an elephant, the lion wins and is then put up in a fight against a tiger. What I want you to do is to create a video structure with 5 fights, each fight should be between powerful animals like lion, tiger, bear, shark, mammoth etc. Pick out a winner of each fight and put it up against another animal and repeat that cycle five times. There’s no script in the video, only music. Only type out what animals that fight each other and which one that won, no description or anything like that.”
After you type this prompt, ChatGPT will come up with the ideas you need.
Step 3: Generating Images with Leonardo AI
At this point, you have the ideas you need to create the video. Now, you need to create the required visuals to bring it to life. We need to create images of these animals that look not just realistic, but also intense and dramatic. And for that, we’ll use Leonardo AI. Leonardo offers a free plan too, so you don’t have to pay a single dime to use it.
Here’s What You’ll do:
First, go to ChatGPT and ask it to create prompts to generate realistic animal images for each animal using Leonardo AI. Ask ChatGPT to make those animal look scary and powerful.
Here’s a Sample Prompt You Can Use:
“For this video I first need a picture of each of these animals. Can you help me generate an image prompt I can use in Leonardo AI. I want the image of each animal to show a close up image of the animal where it looks as scary and dangerous as it possibly can. These are the animals. Lion, Elephant, Tiger, Bear, Shark, Mammoth”
To create image prompts for yourself, just replace the animal names in this prompt with the animals you’ll be featuring on your video.
After that, go to Leonardo’s “Image Creation” feature and type your prompts in the text box to generate the images. To create realistic looking, close-up images, choose the image generation Model as either “Cinematic Kino” or “Lifelike Vision” on Leonardo AI. You’ll find an option to choose these features on the left-hand side of your Leonardo screen.

We’ll be showing images of two animals in the screen at the same time, so to make them fit on the screen, choose the 1:1 ratio to generate your images. After that, hit enter and your Leonardo AI will generate the images for you!

Step 4: Creating Fight Scenes with Leonardo’s Flow State Feature
Now, we need to generate images showing the victorious animal standing on top of the animal who lost. It’s really easy to create still images of animals, but to generate the image of one animal standing on top of another animal, victorious can be quite tricky. For example, we need to show an elephant standing on top of lion.
I’ve found a simple trick or feature to overcome this problem. You can use Leonardo AI’s “Flow State” feature to solve this problem.
Here’s How You Can do it:
First, go to ChatGPT and ask it to generate image prompt showing an elephant standing over an elephant. Then, copy that prompt and go to Leonardo AI. At the top of your Leonardo AI’s screen, you’ll see a pop up saying “Flow State has Launched. Check it Out!“. Just click on it and paste your prompt.
Here, you need to select the 9:16 ratio to generate the images, because we want this image to cover the entire screen. Make sure to choose the “Pro Photo” style to generate realistic looking images. After doing this, you’ll have an insanely good looking image ready to go!

Step 5: Putting Everything Together in CapCut
Now, you have everything you need to create your video. So, all you need to do is, put them together and upload it to YouTube. To put your video together, you can use CapCut or any other video editor you like. I’ll show you how to do it on CapCut.
Here’s the Process:
First, install and open CapCut app. We’re creating a Shorts video, so choose the 9:16 ratio. Then, add the images of two animals that you want to compare. One on the upper part covering half of the screen and another on the lower part covering half of the screen.
Then, add a V.S. text in the middle of the screen to show that you’re comparing those two animals. After that, add the transitions you like in between the videos. If you’re using CapCut, then I’d suggest you to use the “Zoom Shake” effect in between clips and “Play Pendulum” effect to make it look like the screen is moving or shaking.
After that, all you need to do is, add a good music to your video and that’s it! Your video is ready to make money!
Step 6: Uploading The Video
Your video is ready, so now, it’s time to upload it. While uploading your video, make sure to add a catchy title and some relevant hastags to it. You don’t have to do anything other that that.
Then, you need to start posting consistently. I’d suggest you to post atleast once a day in the beginning. YouTube rewards those who are consistent, so consistency is the key to grow and make money!

There is a new-secret way coming up on surface through which you can make really good money with YouTube Shorts. That method is called “YouTube Music Royalties“.
