In this series, I show you how much money do YouTubers with different amount of following, the amount of views they get and the niche they are in make with full transparency. The main motive of this series is to motivate you and share you the journey a YouTuber goes through to make money from their channel.
About The Channel
In this post, I’ll show you the lifetime earnings of the channel named KaiGuy. This channel has pulled a staggering 1.3 Billion views on it’s videos and has nearly 1.97 Million subscribers. It is a gaming channel that mainly posts Geometry Dash videos.
It was started on May of 2020 and has exactly 549 videos out of which some are YouTube Shorts while others are long-form videos.
Earnings of Top Performing Videos
First, we’ll see the earnings of his top performing long and short videos, then we’ll move to the overall revenue part.
His most viewed long-form video was posted on 9th April, 2022. It has gained over 6.2 Million total views and has generated an estimated revenue of $4,456. This video has also gained 108K watch hours and over 12K subscribers in it’s lifetime.

Talking about his second most viewed long-form video, the video was posted on 26th March, 2022 and has gained over 5.7 Million views. It has generated an estimated revenue of $4085. It has also gained 91K watch hours and nearly 15K subscribers.

Now, moving onto his third most viewed video, it was posted back in October of 2022 and has gained over 4.8 Million views. With that much views, this video has earned an estimated revenue of $9,117. Yes, this video has made double the amount of money than the other two most viewed videos, because the two most viewed videos are just over a minute long, but this video is over 8 minutes long. when your video is longer than 8 minutes long, you can place mid-roll ads in it to make more money. That’s what happened with this video.

Now, let’s see the earnings of his most viewed YouTube Shorts!
His third most viewed YouTube Shorts was posted on July 18, 2023 and has gained over 82 Million views. It has gained over 134K subscribers and made over $4,112.

The second most viewed YouTube Short on this channel was posted back in June 25, 2023 and has over 86 Million views. It has gained over 255K subscribers and made $2,925 in it’s lifetime.

Now, moving on to the most viewed YouTube Short, it has over 94 Million views and was posted back in the starting of March, 2023. Till now, it has gained over 145K subscribers and made a total of $3,395 in ad revenue.

The Total Revenue
Now, it’s time for the moment you all have been waiting for! How much money did this channel made in total?
Talking about the stats, this channel has gained a total of 1.3 Billion views, 16 Million watch hours, 1.97 Million subscribers and made a total lifetime revenue of (drumroll please) $157,386.

Wrapping it up
Just imagine, if a simple gaming YouTube channel that doesn’t even post regularly can make over $150K from Ad revenue alone, then how much some other big channels might be making? You will be shocked to know how much money does those channels make. The most ridiculous thing is, the main source of income of every big YouTubers comes from sponsorships, not ad revenue. So, the money they are making is absolutely nuts!
