After this, ChatGPT will create the eBook for you. But, your eBook is not ready yet! At the end, ChatGPT is a chatbot, so it makes mistakes. After ChatGPT finishes creating the eBook, you need check if there are any errors or not. You may also need to add or remove something to make it worth every penny for the readers.
Pro Tip: Just focus on one problem at a time. A 6-page straight-forward guide that solves the issue is much better than a 50-page book with unnecessary stuff. So, plan and act accordingly!

Gumroad is a marketplace where you can sell your digital products for completely free. Follow these steps to start selling your eBook on Gumroad:
- First, save your eBook as a PDF. There are hundreds of free website and tools, where you can convert your text into a pdf file.
- Then, go to Gumroad.com and create your account. It’s completely FREE!
- After that, list your eBook for sale. (You can again use AI to create a click-worthy title and detailed product description for your Ebook.)
- Create the cover for your eBook. You can use Canva’s pre-made eBook cover templates to design a simple cover for your eBook.
- Set the price. In the beginning, I’d suggest you to sell your eBook for lower price than your competitors. This way, you can increase your chances of getting sales. You can sell your book for $5-$25 in the beginning.
The best part about Gumroad is, it’s a marketplace. So, if you include relevant keywords in your product description and create a catchy title, then your product will get recommended to a large number of people. This way, you can get sales automatically, without even needing to promote it!
Step 3: Get Your First Few Sales (Even If You Have No Followers)
Many people give up too early, because they struggle to get the first few sales. For Gumroad to know that your product is actually valuable and worthy to be recommend it in front of a larger audience, you need to get some sales. To do that, you can use social media platforms. You can do it even if you have no followers on social media. Here’s how:
- Join multiple online groups and communities, where you can find people that may be interested in your product. For example, if you have an eBook on “15 Exercises to Cure Back Pain”, then join groups related to back pain, health, wellness tips and so on. Facebook Groups, Subreddits, Quora, etc. are the best platforms are the best platforms to promote your eBook.
- After joining such groups, don’t start spamming your product. If it’s a private group, then most likely the admins will decline your post to be public on the group. So, act as a normal people in the group-not as a seller trying to sell.

I can guarantee you, there will be atleast one person who will ask you about the methods that worked for you and some other details. While replying to them, you can mention about your eBook. You can add something like this at the end of your comment. “Hey! many of you asked me for it so, I created a short eBook explaining the methods that worked for me and my overall experience curing back pain. Here’s the link if you’d like to check it out.”
The main thing to remember is, not to present yourself as a seller trying to sell. Your aim should be to provide value and promote your eBook in-between.
